project description
A strong sculptural form with delicate timber folds wrapping around geometric volumes, this project is a significant makeover of an original brick cottage. By reusing the majority of the original cottage, the project creates a significant new home while being mindful of the benefits of reusing existing fabric. Expansive upper floor living spaces with large folding windows engage with the district and water views while lower level living areas open to the rear garden and pool, making a beautiful family home environment.
