Inserted into a heritage warehouse building in inner city Sydney, this interior fitout for a creative design company highlights the cast iron columns of the heritage building with voids and cutouts in walls and ceilings. By exposing the original structure the space is expanded to the full height between floors with lighting used to accentuate the heritage elements and create interesting spaces within the work environment, creating character and relief in the interior.
