Conceptualized as a series of linked pavilions, this large home uses a central entry court to create space within the plan which opens the house up to light, views, breezes and space. With the street to the south and expansive views to the north, the courtyard design allows each living space and bedroom to enjoy north facing aspect and views to the harbor, while also creating an additional private outdoor ‘room’ at ground level.
